Getting Started
To create a tribute page, click the "Create Tribute" button in the top navigation bar. You'll be guided through a simple step-by-step process to enter information about your loved one and set up the initial tribute page.
Yes, our "Love Forever" package costs €149 as a one-time payment. This includes a 3-year active contribution period and permanent hosting of the archived tribute afterwards. We also offer an extension package for €49 if you wish to extend the active period for another 3 years.
To get started, you'll need the full name of your loved one, their birth date, and passing date. You can also add a profile photo and a brief welcome message. All other content like additional photos and memories can be added after the initial setup.
Adding Content
Anyone you invite can contribute memories to your tribute. As the creator, you can control access by setting privacy levels and sending invitation links to family and friends. You can also determine whether contributions need approval before being published.
Contributors can share photos (with captions), videos (up to 3 minutes each), voice messages (up to 45 seconds each), and written memories. Each memory can also include date, location, and context information.
The basic package includes generous allowances: 750+ photo contributions, 30+ video contributions, and 100+ voice messages. We don't enforce hard limits – our goal is to never prevent meaningful memories from being shared.
Privacy and Access
You control who can see your tribute by selecting a privacy level: private (invitation only), semi-private (invitation plus limited sharing), or public (discoverable but always respectful). You can change these settings at any time.
From your tribute management dashboard, you can generate unique sharing links for different groups of people. You can also send direct email invitations with a personalized message.
Yes, you have full moderation controls. You can choose to automatically approve content from close family members or review all submissions before they appear. You can also delegate moderation privileges to trusted individuals.
Technical Questions
After the active contribution period (3 years by default), the tribute is automatically converted to a permanent archive that remains viewable indefinitely. While new contributions can't be added to archived tributes, they remain accessible to all who have the link.
Yes, from the tribute management dashboard, you can download a complete backup of all photos, videos, and text content at any time. This gives you an additional safeguard beyond our commitment to permanent preservation.
Love Forever is designed to work on all modern browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge) and devices (desktops, tablets, and mobile phones). The responsive design adjusts automatically to different screen sizes for an optimal viewing experience.
